Run the system in supervised production for a defined hypercare period (minimum two weeks covering all shifts), with a dedicated point of contact available to respond to faults within one hour AI
Review standalone transfer logs daily during hypercare to identify any missed scans, unlogged manual overrides, or plate ID errors, and resolve root causes before full release AI
Measure actual throughput and error rate against the acceptance criteria defined at G1 and document results formally AI

G4 — Hypercare → Released 2 todos

Hand over a complete system documentation pack to the lab operations owner, including the instrument interface map, labware compatibility list, maintenance schedule, and log retrieval procedure AI
Schedule and confirm the first preventive maintenance visit with the arm manufacturer and establish a support contract covering response time commitments for multi-shift operation AI
